Staff always very very helpful.
Absolutely stunning and incredibly beautiful hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Plentiful breakfast on the roof top for the start of the day. Beautiful room, with an absolutely clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Best possible and good location with parking nearby. Again, walking distance to Bab Bou Ameir...

We truly enjoyed its best possible and particularly good location.
We had a PERFECT stay at this traditional hotel. The double room was cosy, it included an individual safe, climate control, and a dining area. We had courtyard view.

As women traveling alone, we loved the warm and caring staff who made us feel like family. the traditional Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and varied. the hosts even offered to cook us dinner, providing an authentic taste of Moroccan cuisine. the Riad itself was beautiful, with a charming Moroccan living room and a stunning rooftop terrace. the staff took the time to explain the local history and traditions, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt at home with the attentive care from the staff, no reason to complain.

The room we stayed in had walk-in showers, and the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the Medina's labyrinth.
